Sales Manager-US

Job Description:

Report directly to Senior Sales Director

Orange Storm programmatic solutions to key decision-makers to direct advertisers, primarily mobile app companies, or major media agencies

Close new business contracts and ensure successful campaign launches

Partner with internal support teams to ensure maximum levels of client-facing service. Push revenues and win against exciting revenue targets.

Requirements
-
3-5+ years experience selling directly to major direct advertisers and digital agencies, to buyers managing marketing, spending for app-based advertising campaigns

Bachelor's, or Master’s degree preferred, but equivalent years in work experience will be considered

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone

Exemplary sales performance through resourceful execution & partnerships

Very strong knowledge of mobile marketing techniques and technologies (DSPs, ad networks, exchanges, DMPs, SSPs, ATT, SKAd, audience targeting, etc.)

Sales Manager- VN
Job Description:

Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) in SEA, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.

Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of Small to Medium Business (SMB) clients with responsibility for growing revenue.

Become an expert on client’s Advertising solutions and ability to identify trends and solve problems.

Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.

Product Manager -
Ad Exchange Products
This is a full-time position based in Singapore!

Job Description:
1. Define roadmap for programmatic ad products (DSP/SSP/Ad Network).
2. Conduct competitive analysis of The Trade Desk, Google Ad Manager, etc.
3. Collaborate with engineers on MVP features (e.g., dynamic creative optimization).
4. Develop partnerships with publishers and demand-side platforms.
5. Lead sprint cycles for real-time bidder analytics dashboards.
6. Analyze auction metrics (fill rate/CPM) to refine yield policies.
Requirements

3-5 years in ad exchange product management (e.g., Google Ad Manager).

OpenRTB 3.0 and DSP/SSP workflow expertise.

Proficient in Spark/Kafka and AWS/GCP for data pipelines.

Market analysis skills with Tableau/Power BI.

Leverage the programmatic ecosystem and attribution knowledge to build, operate, analyze and optimize campaigns following the best strategies to achieve our clients’ goals.

Manage and grow your own client portfolio, within a variety of verticals, KPI’s (CPM’s, IPM’s, CPI’s, CPA’s, ROAS, etc) and budgets. Highly performance focused.

Analyze large, complex data sets containing the behavior of millions of mobile users worldwide to provide the right strategic and operational decisions.

Obtain insights from our campaign portfolio, to make decisions that will directly impact on our company revenue.

A/B test different variable changes using Smadex DSP and share the results among the team to keep improving performance.

Help develop and improve our product tools and processes to ensure data influences decisions at all levels of the company. Effective communication is required.
Requirements

1+ year of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of digital programmatic buying (performance focused) is a BIG plus.

This is a full-time position based in US!
Job Description:

3.Integrate third-party verification vendors (IAB Tech Lab, DoubleVerify).
4. Maintain model interpretability for regulatory compliance.
